The story begins when Romain learns of his illness. He has only a few months to live. At first, Romain struggles to deal with the news, but he decides to accept his fate and live the rest of his days to the fullest.
Romain makes a brave decision: he leaves his job and relationships behind and decides to take time for himself. He travels to London to see his family and tries to mend the broken relationships. He also goes through various emotional states, such as anger, sadness, fear and acceptance.
The film shows the difficulties Romain faces, as well as the moments in which he finds beauty and meaning in his life. He befriends a young man with whom he shares a similar fate. Romain's journey to accept his own mortality and appreciate life becomes a meaningful and touching story.
"Time to Go" deals with the fragile and beautiful relationship between death and life. The film raises questions in the viewer about the value of life, living in the moment and the importance of human relationships.
