Two years have passed. Phil, Stu and Doug are living a happily boring life at home. Their tattoos have been lasered off and their police records have been expunged.
All they have heard from disaster magnet Leslie Chow is that he has been sent to a Thai prison, so in his absence the friends have more or less recovered from both the steamy Las Vegas parties and the Bangkok drug mafia kidnapping, shooting and chase.
The only member of the gang who is not satisfied is Alan. The black sheep of the group still feels that he needs something to live for. This time there is no bachelor party or wedding. So what could go wrong?
