City Ninja
During World War II, a valuable pendant is hidden to protect it from those who would try to use it for evil. Years later, the men are still trying to get the pendant back, now split in two, and they will stop at nothing to get their hands on it. A young tournament fighter traveling to a major event unknowingly becomes involved in the search for the mysterious pendant.
The Master: Max
The series premiere introduces John Peter McAllister as an American who was left behind in Japan after the war and became a ninja. He has just learned that he has a daughter after many years, and decides to go to America to find her. On his way out, he is wounded by a former protégé, who vows to track him down to stop him from breaking the ninja code. Meanwhile, in the American town of Ellerston, vagrant and would-be hero Max Keller runs into a girl who alerts him on the road. Apparently, the girl was attacked or became a corrupt sheriff. Max rescues her and learns that the girl, Holly Trumbull, and her father own an airport that a scheming land developer is trying to close and buy. Meanwhile, the Master arrives and gets into trouble with the sheriff at a bar. The Master shows Max his incredible skills in a bar fight with the sheriff and other hooligans. Max decides to become a ninja. The arson attack at Trumbull Airport causes more trouble for the heroes as they join forces to stop an evil land developer and his henchman. Max joins the champion in hopes of becoming a ninja and helping him find his daughter.
Ninja Champion
A couple camping in the woods is attacked by three thugs, and the wife is beaten and raped. Months after the assault, she hunts down the trio (who happen to be diamond smugglers) by posing as a merchant looking to sell the stolen goods. Meanwhile, her Interpol agent husband leads his own investigation, hoping to bring them to justice. As they make their plans, a group of ninjas watch them from afar, waiting for their transfer.
Ninja Empire
A modeling school has become a recruiting center for a prostitution ring run by local crime boss Tiger. When Pam, one of the former models turned prostitutes, escapes and tries to send evidence to her trusted friends, she is caught by Decker, a local con artist working for Teddy, an international ninja expert who has been leading the crime in the area with Tiger. However, Pam's sister Bonnie is already investigating the school, while Bonnie's partner Brad, preparing for a vacation, decides to help.

Tiger owns a brothel and moonlights as a kung fu artist under the watchful eye of "The Master". They get into serious trouble when ninjas inexplicably appear and compromise Tiger's prostitution ring.
