Uuno's father-in-law is the richest man in Finland. The mean and greedy politicians, who start to covet the mountain councilor's money along with Uuno, know this. The politicians devise a plot to get the money for themselves. They hire gangsters from America to steal Tuura's money. They think Uuno is the key to the money, while Tuura still thinks he is the president of Finland. One of the gangsters pretends to be Uuno's long-lost son, Urho Turhapuro, but not everything goes as the villains had planned.

Now we get to know 17-year-old Uuno, or even the time before Uuno Turhapuro was born, when Uuno's father was just looking for a mother for him. The selection of the future mother was tough and now it becomes clear whether Tyyne was Uuno's mother or not. We also see what kind of vessel Uuno was at school.
