At the age of 21, Tim Lake (Domhnall Gleeson) discovers that he can travel through time?
After an ill-fated New Year's Eve party, Tim's father (Bill Nighy) tells his son that men in their family have always had the ability to travel through time. They can't change the course of history, but they can change their own lives. Tim decides to make his world a better place - by getting a girlfriend.
