Raid has his own "fish debts" to settle with Hammar.
In turn, a difficult police murder falls into the hands of Inspector Eero Jansson (Oiva Lohtander). At first, the clues seem to lead to Raid, but Jansson soon realizes that the goal is elsewhere. Raid's and Jansson's interests merge when opponents emerge, whose power extends everywhere and their hands are in every pocket.
Raid gets support from the Marabou gang, his old Swedish friends and the truck driver Ratsumiehe (Markku Maalismaa). Raid's revenge expedition is sweetened by the sausage kiosk saleswoman Tarja (Mari Rantasila), and the story, which meanders in many directions, is full of colorful characters, motifs and life stories.
