Humanity's new home could be Titan, Saturn's largest moon, whose conditions resemble at least to some extent the early Earth. NATO launches a secret operation and one of the subjects selected is army pilot Rick Janssen. The aim is to use medical experiments and so-called forced evolution to modify humans so that they can survive in the demanding conditions of Titan. The results of the successful experiments are amazing, but are the side effects even worse?
