The film is set on Amity Island, where Ellen Brody (Lorraine Gary), the widow of Police Chief Martin Brody (Roy Scheider), still lives with her sons Michael (Lance Guest) and Sean (Mitchell Anderson). Ellen begins to experience strange premonitions and is convinced that the family is once again in danger from sharks.
When Sean dies tragically in a shark attack, Ellen believes that the shark's spirit has returned to take revenge on the Brody family. She decides to travel to the Bahamas to visit her son Michael and try to protect him from the shark threat.
In the Bahamas, Ellen befriends a local pilot named Hoagie (played by Michael Caine), who helps her solve the mystery of the shark threat. Together, they try to find a way to stop the shark's revenge and protect Ellen's family.
"Revenge of the Killer Shark" is a thriller that combines horror, suspense, and drama. Although the film did not achieve the same success as the original "Revenge of the Killer Shark", it offers viewers excitement and a fascinating story.
