Bad Neighbors

When Mac (Seth Rogen) and Kelly (Rose Byrne) move in with a college fraternity – headed by the charming Teddy Sanders (Zac Efron) – they try to be cool and adapt to the challenging situation as best they can. As the club’s parties get more and more outrageous, each side of the plot starts defending their own nest. The neighbors’ relentless sabotage and competition leads to a war in which the students are on the verge of losing their places and the young couple their sanity.
